KLCI increased by 2.65% to 1,553.14.
S&P500 closed at 5,097.27, increased by 5.20%.
My view: The uptrend continued
In the second month of 2024, the markets continued to do well. KLCI managed to maintain above 1,500 and S&P500 achieved record high.
Foreign funds continued to flow into Bursa Malaysia. If this trend continues, I think our market will continue to have good performance in this year.

Dividend received
1. PAVREIT
RM 0.046/share = DY 2.98%
This is my first dividend from PAVREIT in 2024. The actual amount received per share was only RM 0.0415.
2. BURSA
RM 0.14/share = DY 2.11%
This is also the first dividend of the year from BURSA.
